Christmas Opening Hours

Our offices will be closed from 5pm on Friday 20th December and will reopen at 9am on Monday 6th January 2025.  We will be accepting orders by email and via our website while the office is closed and we will ship them on Monday 6th January.

Alternatively please leave a message for us on our answer phone and we will call you back on Monday 6th January.

Refunds

We offer a 45 day no quibble refund, so if the recipient is not entirely sure about their gift for any reason, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

If you bought your sculpture during November or December, you have until 31st January 2025 to return it, so you have a full month after giving it as a Christmas present.

How To Find Us

If you would like to visit us, please call ahead to arrange your visiting time on 01442 256290.  We are sometimes out of the office and we wouldn’t want you to have a wasted journey.

If you would like to visit to choose a gift, we are easily accessible from London by road or rail (use the Northern Line from Euston to Berkhamsted, or the Metropolitan Line to Chesham).  We are also convenient for Berkhamsted, Aylesbury, St. Albans, High Wycombe, Milton Keynes, Luton, Marlow, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross and Oxford as we are located near the Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire border.
