We have been thrilled to hear that so many of Jonathan Sanders's Mother and Baby series: Elephant Mother and Baby II, Rhinoceros Mother and Baby and Hippopotamus Mother and Baby have been bought for Mother's Day.

We often hear that the Mother and Bay Elephant are later joined by a pair of baby elephants – either One Plus One or Tug of War - to celebrate another event, making a little family on the mantlepiece or side table.
