It is a birthday gift for my wife. We have a little four-legged, long-spined critter (black and tan mini-dachshund). He is the one who actually rules our home!
Let me say now how impressed I have been with your customer service in following up on this item. Alas, in the mass-market-frenzy that is the United States these days I had nearly forgotten what real customer service feels like.
