Hi - this is a very late note to say thank you so much for your excellent customer service earlier this year. Another supplier let me down at the last minute and I needed to find a special present for a significant birthday. Not only did you have just the thing (a beautiful moon gazing hare) you were able to ship it to me in time for the big day. You also phoned me to reassure me that it was on its way, and when it would arrive. I'm so grateful - huge, huge thanks!
