Last Delivery Date for Christmas – Friday 22nd December

Until 1pm on Thursday 21st December we will be taking orders for delivery by courier for pre-Christmas delivery.  You can place your order either by telephone or on our website.  We will dispatch orders taken on Thursday 21st December that evening, using a next working day courier service.   Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery on 22nd December as it cannot be left without a signature.  If you provide us with a mobile telephone number or an email address, the courier will message you in the morning to give you a one hour delivery slot.

Please note that delivery to some Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland addresses takes two days.  If you are in any doubt about this, please call us.

Christmas Opening Hours

Our phone lines are open between 9am and 6pm Monday to Sunday.

We will be closed for Christmas from 3pm on Friday 22nd December until 9am on Tuesday 2nd January.  We will happily accept orders by email and via our website during that time and will ship them on Tuesday 2nd January to arrive on Wednesday 3rd January.  Alternatively leave a message for us on our answer phone and we will call you back on Tuesday 2nd January.

If you would like to visit our showroom before Christmas, please call ahead to arrange your visiting time on 01442 256290.  We are sometimes out of the office and we wouldn’t want you to have a wasted journey!

We are open to visitors on Monday to Friday from 9am until 6pm.  We are also available if you would like to visit outside of those hours, during evenings, Saturdays, Sundays.

Our last visiting time will be 2pm on Thursday 21st December.

Limited Stock

We don’t cast all pieces in the edition of each sculpture at once, so we have limited stock of each piece available to order in time for Christmas.

In the event that stock of a piece sells out, the dispatch date for the next castings of that piece will be shown in red in the top right corner of the product page, below the ‘Add To Cart’ button.

If you place an order for one of these pieces, it will be reserved for you and dispatched on the date shown.  We WILL dispatch your order on this date, so you can order out of stock items with full confidence that it will arrive on the date you expect.

Refunds

We offer a 45 day no quibble refund, so if the recipient is not entirely sure about their gift for any reason, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

If you buy your sculpture during November or December, you have until 31st January 2017 to return it, so you have a full month after giving it as a Christmas present.

If you would like to visit us, please call ahead to arrange your visiting time on 01442 256290.  We are sometimes out of the office and we wouldn’t want you to have a wasted journey.

If you would like to visit to choose a gift, we are easily accessible from London by road or rail (use the Northern Line from Euston to Berkhamsted, or the Metropolitan Line to Chesham).  We are also convenient for Berkhamsted, Aylesbury, St. Albans, High Wycombe, Milton Keynes, Luton, Marlow, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross and Oxford as we are located near the Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire border.

If you are driving up Potten End Hill, our driveway is on the right.  If you are driving down Potten End Hill, it is on the left hand side. 

Keep your eyes peeled for our 'Nelson & Forbes' blackboard on the verge next to our driveway (you can't miss it!).

Turn into the drive and on the right you will see an intercom.  Press the button next to ‘Nelson & Forbes’ and we will buzz you in.
